This is a really nice-looking website, that is clear about its purpose and has methodically organized its intended content. I really like the name ‘Grow Green Goodness’, and the green icon and font on the white background seem professional and suit the theme well; I might add more green with the text at the top. The tagline on the homepage helps clarify the intent and draw the user in, though I’m unsure what it means by ‘Plants World’, so maybe this could be rephrased to something like ‘the world of plants’ or ‘the gardening world’. I think it’s a really cool idea to divide up the content into all these categories involving gardening, it communicates that this will be a very informative source of information on the topic. However, on the homepage there are two menus, so I might just choose one to use on a page at a time. This homepage has a lot of nice features, like the night mode, the search function and the revolving text at the bottom, but there is a lot of information being displayed in many different ways as you scroll down, and I would recommend paring this down so there is less happening on just this one page. There is contact information linked at the bottom but it doesn’t seem to be connected to the author’s socials. As for content, I like the post summarizing how to grow potatoes, though I think it could be more detailed- I couldn’t find more blog posts, so be sure to upload some more content. There should also be an About page explaining the purpose of the website and the author’s interest in it further. The website is easy to navigate and clearly lays out what the content is and where. It could be made more accessible with a plugin, like Ally Web Accessibility & Useability. Overall, the idea for the website and its layout has great potential and just needs some more refining and content.
